Why is the patient appearing in today’s admissions under the reception account but not under the doctor’s account?

In Helix, the admission process involves two key steps.

First, the reception staff admits the patient by clicking the "Admit" button in the patient’s file, which confirms the patient has arrived at the clinic.

However, for the patient to appear on the doctor’s account, a second step is required: assigning the patient to a specific doctor and selecting the relevant service. This step links the patient to the doctor’s schedule and makes their record visible on the doctor's page.

Without completing this assignment, the doctor will not see the patient listed in their admissions.
