How to add Document & Form Templates?

Document Templates in Helix are used to create and manage important documents and forms that need to be stored in the EMR for record-keeping purposes.

Summary

Helix supports both types of templates:

  • Document Templates (Sign Forms)
Used to upload PDF documents that require signature capture, such as Terms & Conditions or registration documents (excluding consent forms).

  • Form Templates (Fill Forms)
Used to create digital forms directly inside Helix, such as registration forms or questionnaires, to be filled by patients or medical staff.

Both template types are configured from the Control Panel and later accessed from the Patient File.
