How to Add Signature to Pre-Anaesthesia Charts
Overview In Helix, users can digitally attach signatures to various pre-anaesthesia charts within the medical record. This ensures that surgical documentation is complete and compliant with internal standards. Signatures can be uploaded for all anaesthesia chart types except the Medication Order Sheet.
