How to connect your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pages to Helix

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to connect your clinic’s Meta Pages (Facebook and Instagram) to Helix. Completing this configuration is essential to enable lead integration, allowing enquiries generated through Facebook and Instagram to be automatically imported into the Helix CRM module for efficient tracking and follow-up.

Connecting your Meta (Facebook) and Instagram Pages 

Pre-requisites: 

  • Meta Business Portfolio 
  • Linked Facebook Page to your portfolio 
  • Linked Instagram Page to your portfolio 

 

Steps to follow on Helix: 

  1. Login to Helix using your credentials
  2. Go to the control panel page (menu on top left -> control panel OR https://my.helixbydoctors.com/control-panel)
  3. Look for the CRM Setup section as shown below Picture
  4. Click on Login with Facebook
  5. Choose your corresponding Meta PortfolioGrouped object
  6. Choose the Facebook page you wish to connect to Helix. Note: if you’re reconnecting you might face an additional step (You are reconnecting Helix Messaging to Helix CRM. This business portfolio was previously connected to Helix CRM. You can review and modify your previous settings before re-establishing this connection), just hit continue in this case.Grouped object
  7. Choose the ad account you wish to connect to Helix (optional).Picture
  8. Choose the Instagram page you wish to connect to Helix
  9. Review and grant accessPicture
  10. Congratulations you have connected your page(s) to Helix, hit the “Got it” button and wait few seconds, you will be auto signed off.Picture
  11. Upon logging out you’ll get a message like this signifying the successful connection. Picture
