🔗 Marketing Channels – Setup & Use

Adding a Marketing Channel

  1. Go to CRM → Marketing Channels.

  2. Click + Add.

  3. Enter details:

    • Channel Name (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Insurance Referral).

    • Details (description, notes, etc.).

  4. Click Confirm.

  • The new channel now appears as an option in Patient Registration → Source field.

👉 This ensures every patient is tagged with a consistent source, allowing reliable marketing analytics later.

 


📑 CRM Reports – Available Analytics

👥 Lead & Task Reports

  • Lead Report: Track all leads, their status (New → Converted), source, and responsible staff.

  • Lead Tasks Report: Monitor follow-ups — pending, overdue, or completed. Ensures accountability for every lead.

 


📊 Patient Analytics Reports

  • Patient Demographics: Breakdown by gender, nationality, country, age, etc.

  • Client Growth: Track the growth in patient volume over time.

  • Non-returning Clients: Identify patients who visited once but did not return.

  • Patient Lifetime Value: Total revenue per patient — useful for segmenting high-value clients.

  • Client Growth per Marketing Channel: Growth of patients segmented by the channel (e.g., Instagram campaign vs Google Ads).

  • Client Growth per Offer: Measure effectiveness of special offers or promotions.

  • Marketing Channels Report: Consolidated performance view of all channels defined in CRM.

  • Source Report: Which lead/patient sources are performing best.

Quick Checklist to Go Live (CRM Setup)

Before using CRM marketing reports effectively, ensure setup is complete:

  1. Control Panel → CRM Setup:

    • Connect Facebook/Instagram and WhatsApp Business.

  2. CRM → WhatsApp:

    • Create Utility and Marketing templates → submit for Meta approval.

  3. Control Panel → Calendar → Notifications:

    • Map Utility templates and turn ON switches for automated reminders.

  4. Control Panel → CRM Setup:

    • Create your own Lead Status (e.g., New, Contacted, Converted, Lost).

  5. CRM → Marketing Channels:

    • Add channels for reporting consistency.

  6. Use Tasks & Logs:

    • Track all follow-ups for leads and campaigns.
