Go to CRM → Marketing Channels.

Click + Add.

Enter details:

Channel Name (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Insurance Referral).

Details (description, notes, etc.).

Click Confirm.

The new channel now appears as an option in Patient Registration → Source field.
