Before using Helix, ensure your system setup meets the following minimum requirements to guarantee optimal performance.
Hardware Requirements
- Modern desktop or laptop computer
- Stable internet connection (broadband recommended)
- Google Chrome browser is recommended
- Peripheral devices (as needed): barcode scanners, UAE ID readers, printers, and scanners
- Tablet device (modern iPad recommended for mobile use)
User Requirements
- Valid user credentials assigned by your system administrator
- Role-based permissions configured in Helix
- Basic computer literacy
- Completion of role-specific training before accessing relevant modules
