Why am I unable to issue an inventory item from the medical or nursing page?

This is usually due to a system setup issue.

When the system prevents an action, it typically provides a message indicating the cause. In the case of inventory item consumption, the system will not allow you to issue stock if the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) account has not been configured.

To resolve this, ensure the COGS account is properly set up in the system settings.
