Why aren’t my changes saved after amending the medical report?
When you click the Report button to generate a medical report, you can amend the medical notes as needed. After making changes, click Save and wait for the confirmation message indicating the report was successfully saved — this means your changes have been recorded.
To view or edit the saved report, go to the Reports section in the patient’s file. From there, you can edit, print, or delete the report. Clicking the Report button again will create a new report, not retrieve the one you previously amended.
